Chapin’s 88200A, 80-pound residential poly salt spreader is made to handle winter conditions. Designed to hold up to 80 pounds of your preferred brand of ice melt or halite. It’s easy to set up with the flip-up, U-shaped handle, very little assembly required. Set the adjustable gate dial and baffles, grip the ergonomic handle, and start spreading. The spiked auger break ups chunks, minimizing clumps and the 12-inch pneumatic tires give you support over icy and uneven driveways and sidewalks. This unit is not recommended for rock salt, sand, lime or mixes. Backed by Chapin’s 2-year limited warranty.
